Buy Fast Brite

Fast BriteI’ve looked all over and the best place to buy Fast Brite is through the official website.  It costs about $10 + shipping and handling, which isn’t a bad deal at all.  After all, we’ve had to replace headlights in our car a few times in the past couple of years.

Going to Wal-mart and getting new headlights sets us back at least $20 per headlight if we get the good quality lights (a little less if we get the cheaper ones).  But my wife and I like the quality of the higher priced lights.  Which is why I’m reviewing this product.  It makes me feels stupid to think about all the foggy headlights I replaced – when I could have cleaned almost all of them.

The manufacturer has a good deal going on right now directly from their website.  It’s basically a buy one get one of the two bottles and sponge kit.  If you’re looking for the website, you can find it right here…

Using Fast Brite On Your Car Headlights

You might be wondering how the product works.  It really isn’t too much of a pain to get your light cleaned up with this stuff.  All you do is spray on one bottle, wipe that away, and then put on the protectant stuff.  The Fast Brite product works by removing the oxidation that builds up and clouds your headlights.  If you’ve washed your car at all this year (I’m guilty of only doing it once this year – hah), then you know that it’s impossible to get off the oxidation with soap and water.  I swear that I scrubbed my lights for nearly 5 to 10 minutes straight.  They looked a little more clear at first, but the next day when everything had dried – washing my car hadn’t changed a thing.

Which is why I became so interested in this product.  Obviously, elbow-grease alone is useless to get foggy headlights clean.

Who Needs To Get Fast Brite?

This is one of those questions that has a pretty easy for me to answer.  This product was created by a couple of average people who had a great idea for a solution.  The solution being clear, clean headlights… something everyone with a car needs.

So to answer the question specifically… Anyone with a car that is at least 2 year old will probably have oxidation on their headlights.  I have some friends that definitely put enough wear and tear on their cars to break the 2 year rule I just made, but use some common sense before getting this product.

If your headlights look foggy, they are probably oxidized (not just dirty).  Like I said above, soap and water doesn’t wash it off and you’ll need chemical. This product is priced pretty cheap and beats paying a professional to put the same chemical on there for you.

Other Places To Buy This?

Before I decided to review this product, I went out and looked around town for it.  I haven’t seen it where I live.  But most of the time, it takes about 6 months to a year for products like this to show up around here.

I also looked around on the Internet, and I couldn’t find many other websites offering the same deal as the manufacturer.  Amazon.com is selling it for $16, but they only give you one kit (two bottles and a sponge), while the official site gives you twice as much for about the same price.

I’m going to say that, without a doubt,  the manufacturer is offering the best deal for the money compared to anything else I could find.
